ERROA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the mobile application Call Status. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information.
We use your data to provide real-time call status, enable communication features, improve app performance, and for security purposes.
All sensitive data is stored using AES-256 encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with service providers for hosting, analytics, and push notifications under strict confidentiality agreements.
By downloading, installing, or using Call Status, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Call Status app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with the use of Call Status app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: In case of any dispute, difference, or legal proceedings, the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh only. All parties hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Durg and waive any objection to such jurisdiction.
Call Status is free to download and use. In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Refunds for any paid features will be governed by the respective platform’s refund policies. We may consider refunds only in cases of technical errors or billing mistakes from our side. Change of mind, partial usage, or account termination are non-refundable.
