Important: We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with the use of Call Status app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: In case of any dispute, difference, or legal proceedings, the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh only. All parties hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Durg and waive any objection to such jurisdiction.

5. Refund Policy

Call Status is free to download and use. In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Refunds for any paid features will be governed by the respective platform’s refund policies. We may consider refunds only in cases of technical errors or billing mistakes from our side. Change of mind, partial usage, or account termination are non-refundable.
